Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the KEHLA App: our mobile app, the website playkehla.com, and everything we offer through them. By using the KEHLA App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The KEHLA App is operated by Play Kehla Co., Ltd. ("Kehla", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change matters, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the KEHLA App means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the KEHLA App. If you are under 18, you may use it with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your bookings and activity.

Venues, classes, and events may set their own age or fitness requirements. Meeting those is between you and the venue.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email info@playkehla.com.

One account per person. Venue operators can manage several venues under a single operator account.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or clear breaches of these Terms.

Bookings made through the KEHLA App are paid at the time of booking, using KHQR (scan with any Cambodian banking app such as ABA, ACLEDA, or Wing) or Mastercard.

A booking is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation. A KHQR code is valid for a short time after it is generated. If payment isn't completed before it expires, the slot is released and becomes available again.

Prices are set by the venue or club, not by Kehla. We don't mark them up.

You can cancel a booking from your profile. As a general rule:

• Cancel more than 2 hours before the session starts and you are refunded in full to your original payment method. • Cancel within 2 hours of the start time and the booking is not refundable. • Not attending without cancelling is not refundable.

Some venues, clubs, and event organisers set their own terms, and certain sessions, courses, and events may be non refundable. Where different terms apply to a booking, they are shown before you confirm it.

If a venue or club cancels a confirmed booking, you are refunded in full to your original payment method.

If you think a refund has been handled incorrectly, contact info@playkehla.com and we'll look into it.

Please don't:

• Give false information when signing up or booking. • Abuse, harass, or threaten venue staff, coaches, or other users. • Use the KEHLA App for anything unlawful. • Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the KEHLA App without our written permission. • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or get around restrictions.

Repeatedly failing to attend, or cancelling at the last minute, may lead to booking restrictions or account suspension.

Venue operators, clubs, and coaches ("Partners") run their own independent businesses under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Each Partner is responsible for holding and maintaining whatever licences, permits, registrations, insurance, and tax compliance their business requires. Kehla does not verify or monitor this, and is not responsible for a Partner's legal authorisation to operate.

Partners are expected to keep their listings, pricing, and availability accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and treat users fairly. Partners set their own prices.

The KEHLA name and logo, and the app's software, design, text, and graphics, belong to Kehla or are licensed to us, and are protected by Cambodian and international law. Please don't copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from them without our written permission.

When you post content to the KEHLA App, such as photos, descriptions, and reviews, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display and share it in connection with running and promoting the KEHLA App.

The KEHLA App is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors.

Kehla connects users with venues, clubs, and coaches. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of the sessions they run, or for the conduct of users or Partners.

To the fullest extent Cambodian law allows, Kehla's total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the KEHLA App won't exceed what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Kehla isn't a party to the agreement between you and a venue, club, or coach, but we'll make a reasonable effort to help sort things out.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
